One Hour Coaching

20% of our clients seek our help via a bit of coaching. Sometimes this takes only a one-hour session, and it just answers or fixes a particular problem that they have had in their business or about their new idea/start-up. For example, they may have been setting up their business, trying to write a business plan, stuck on a particular part of the business planning process like the finances, market research, or whether it should be a Pty limited company or a sole trader, or a growth issue.  

Small Business Plans has consulted to all types and sizes of business, from leading senior managers in large firms all the way to start-up entrepreneurs opening their first business.

The session includes:

Pre questionnaire – optional, for you to tell us about what you want to discuss – we will send you a 2 minute Questionnaire and review your responses (5 mins). This is optional.

The session itself – interactive, on-line meeting, where the Consultant shares their screen and uses examples, a virtual whiteboard, and samples of our methodology to explain and coach. It’s recorded and transcribed (optional). (50 minutes)

After the session, we review the transcript, and send you the video of the screen – examples, shared methodology (5 mins)
