Grants Business Plan

12 hours of work done by two senior, experienced Consultants supported by a skilled document producer/Admin person. 

Two on-line meetings with a Lead Consultant:  

• (Before the first meeting we send you a short Questionnaire to get the basic information about you and your business or start up and which Grant or Grants you will need over the next few years.
• The first meeting is at the start of the process; for 45-90 minutes (as much times as you need is allowed) to talk about what we will be researching, and gathering for your Business Plan, and to learn more about your business or start-up.  
• At this or the next meeting we can also give you advice, help you with your questions, and share our expertise, troubleshoot your existing business or new start-up idea and help you with common problems clients encounter winning Grant funding. 

1. After the first meeting we gather data, Financials / Market Research, do Analysis, Writing, Editing, and Proofing 

• We also have a second meeting after we send you your Plan Version 1 for any Questions and Queries you have now that you have your Plan, usually this takes up to 45 minutes 

Admin person: 

• Gathers and saves all important documents that we use to create your Plan 
• Formats, types (content from Consultants), does the charting, graphs, and tables, then proof 

Two versions: 

• You can get us to make changes to the first version, if you need any, and then send the second version to the funder or funders, along with your Grant application. 
• Applying for more Grants? Yes, you can use the same Plan and update it easily yourself or we can do it for you if you prefer.
